I went on a shopping spree in Amaretto yesterday before Amelia & I drove to the Apple Store. I’ve had these in my notebook since Lux released them. I logged on this morning to find that she’s in the ETD little store for the month of July!!!!!
First up we have Celeste. Now SL fubared the purchase for me (I got a box, which wouldn’t rez anywhere, then when I logged out and logged back in it was gone from my inventory). I sent Lux an IM with the transaction # of the purchase and she replaced it right off. I’m really glad I’m not designing anymore with how SL is messing up people’s purchases recently. But Yay! for our designers who provide excellent customer service.
Next up is the Persephone II. This is an update/upgrade from the freebie Persephone I that she has in her shop. (Hint, Hint: go get the first one while you are there.)

Next up is the Ingrid dress. Very detailed neckline & keyhole.

I did notice one problem with my avatar of the seams not even seeming to line up on the shoulder on the Ingrid dress. The rest of the dresses were right for me in the shoulder seams. Update: Lux has fixed this issue. Seams now meet.

While I didn’t need a CPR animation, I did try to find a cast and crutches. No luck so far. This jewelry set (necklace & earrings) is something that I received as a review copy prior to the incident with the horse, but have been slow about getting to or anything else. Shown here in pale gold has color change stones. This is part of the Miriel Everyday line. Which mean’s it’s VERY reasonably priced. L$30 for one color metal, L$80 for all 4 metals. And the scripting allows you to change between 13 different stones.
The hairstyle I’m wearing is the Drama from Impulse by Naughty. It’s a combination of prim styles including the sculpties. Very Nice after it Rezes.

P.S. Don’t forget about the Yard Sale and the last chance to buy some retired stuff.

These camisoles from Secondwave are very pretty and handy.
They come in a variety of styles, from the exotic Tradewinds and Ivory Lace to a number of animal prints including Tiger. On the shirt layer, they look great on their own as well as under other things for spice or modesty or both! There are seam issues which can either be a problem or add a touch of realism, depending on your point of view. Personally, I could do without the bows but it’s cute anyway.

Okay. Ouch! I’m back. Sorta. Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Now I’m off to find a cast. Any suggestions?

New Pixel Dolls so of course I’m all over it. Neph calls it Pixel Pirates but the clothes don’t necessarily look piratey (I don’t think this is a word but oh well) to me but very romantic. And that is *totally* me.
First up is Bonney. One of the cool things about this collection is that the tops are available as corsets and as long tops with the shirts under them on a number of layers. The skirts are also perfectly fine for mixing with other tops in your wardrobe. The necklace is the new color-change bead necklace from Cailyn! She’s back. *Dances* It’s a touch script. You can color the center stone and the beads on the chain separately. The colors are very soft, almost pastel.
Next is Drifter which just makes me think about RPing on the Walsh sim. If you haven’t seen Firefly, it’s kinda western/sci-fi. You should see it just because it’s really good. I look ready to kick YoSaphBitch’s ass. Don’t I? If you’re not a sci-fi nerd you’re about ready to scream right?
And Tanya’s too drugged up to rescue you guys from me. Not that she would any way. 🙂 Pass me the tequila.
Marzipan actually has two looks. On the left is the plain dress. On the right is the long top in black with the red corset. The Marzipan tops look good under all of the other corsets and, of course, the corsets can be worn by themselves.
You’ll notice there’s a dress missing. Short answer- not me. (Waits for everyone to recover from their fake heart attacks.) Matilin is covered at Fashion Heaven but she mixed the names up.

This post is named for the skirt, called dead flowers from PBI.
I’ve been waiting to blog this until I found the right top to go with it. Finally, Robin Sojourner released this tintable tank that worked perfectly. The sculpted rose necklace is one of those things that just wouldn’t work as well in real life. I love the depth the 2-tone color gives it. The adorable hair is Trish from Goldie Locks. And the shoes, you know I only own 9 pairs of shoes in real life what you people do to me. G.L.A.M. Color Scripted Metallic Pumps, tinted navy.
